There are many fascinating things about chocolate.

An interest in the subject of chocolate, apart from eating or drinking it, seems to be on the increase. Recently an exhibition called "Chocolate: A Dip Into History" opened on June 7 at Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park in Oyster Bay, New York. It will run until September 30, 2009. It is based on the book "The True History of Chocolate" by Sophie D. Coe and Michael D. Coe.
